Is there a minimum order?
No, we do not apply a hard minimum order. Business prices apply from the first order, and for larger quantities we work with a volume scale. Feel free to request a no-obligation quote.
Do I get a quote and an invoice with VAT?
Yes. After your request you receive a tailored quote within two working days, and every business order comes with an invoice with VAT specification in your organisation's name.
What is the delivery time for larger quantities?
From stock we deliver in 1 to 2 working days. For larger quantities we agree the delivery time with you in advance in the quote, so you never face surprises.
Can you help think about corporate gifts?
Certainly. Complete sets and gift cards are popular corporate gifts; we are happy to help think about quantities, budget and delivery to one or several addresses.
Do the same return rules apply as for consumers?
The statutory return period applies to consumers. For business orders we make clear arrangements in advance about delivery and any returns, so both sides know where they stand.
