Statutory legal guarantee

The statutory legal guarantee applies to all products: you are entitled to a sound product that does what you may reasonably expect of it, for as long as you may expect that of the product. Manufacturing faults and defects not caused by normal use are covered.

Your exact rights depend on your country of residence. In the Netherlands, a defect that appears within 12 months of delivery is legally presumed to have existed at delivery, unless we prove otherwise. In Belgium the legal guarantee is 2 years, with a two-year presumption of defect. So you do not have to prove yourself that it is the product's fault.

What is not covered?

• Normal wear (for example sisal wear from intensive play, worn flights or shafts; that is why every darts set contains plenty of spares)
• Damage from misuse, drops or moisture
• Modifications you have made yourself

Claim warranty in three steps

• Email info@navystrikes.nl with your order number, a short description and a photo of the problem.
• We usually respond within one working day with a solution: replacement, parts, repair or refund.
• If something has to come back to us, those shipping costs are for our account in a justified warranty case.

Received damaged?

Please report transport damage within a few days of receipt, with a photo of the product and the packaging. Then we can resolve it neatly straight away and recover it from the carrier.

Prefer to cancel the purchase instead of a solution? Within 30 days that is always possible via the returns procedure.
