Not quite what you were looking for? You have a 30-day return period, so take your time.
Cooling-off period
You have a 30-day return period from the day you receive your order. That is well above the statutory 14 days, so you can calmly see whether your setup suits you. Within that term you may dissolve the purchase without giving a reason.
Use our withdrawal button. You fill in a few details, do not have to give a reason, and we confirm by email afterwards.
How it works
- Email info@navystrikes.nl with your order number and which products you want to return, or use the withdrawal button.
- You receive the return instructions from us.
- Return the product within 14 days of your notification, as complete as possible and in its original packaging, to our return address (see below).
- The costs of the return shipment are for your account.
- We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal via your original payment method. We may wait to do so until we have received the product, or until you send proof of shipment.
What do you get back?
If you return your entire order, you get the purchase amount back including the original shipping costs (standard rate). If you return part of the order, you receive the price of the returned products.
You may view and assess a product as you would in a shop. If you use it further and its value decreases as a result, we may deduct that reduction in value from the refund.
That is not a return but a warranty case, and then the costs are of course not yours. See the warranty page for how we resolve it quickly.

Always report your return by email first, so we can process it quickly as soon as it arrives.

The fastest route is the withdrawal button. In addition, webshops are legally required to offer the official model withdrawal form; you will find it below. You are not obliged to use it. If you do want to, send the details to info@navystrikes.nl.
