Terms and conditions

1. Identity of the trader

Navy Strikes is a trade name of Alpha Innovations, established at Stationsplein 99, 1703 WE Heerhugowaard, the Netherlands. Chamber of Commerce (KvK) 81903219, VAT identification number NL003617845B40. Reachable via info@navystrikes.nl; we usually respond within one working day.

2. Offer and prices

All prices are in euros and include VAT, excluding any shipping costs that are clearly shown before checkout. Obvious mistakes or errors in the offer are not binding on us. Product images are a faithful representation; slight colour deviations are possible.

3. Order and payment

The agreement is concluded once you complete the order and receive the order confirmation by email. Payment is made through the secure Shopify checkout with the payment methods shown there. Full payment is made when placing the order.

4. Delivery

We deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium, usually within 1 to 2 working days. The expected delivery time and shipping costs are shown at checkout. The maximum delivery term is 30 days; if that unexpectedly fails, you may dissolve the agreement free of charge and we refund the full amount immediately. The risk of damage or loss passes to you once the order has been delivered.

5. Cooling-off period and right of withdrawal

As a consumer you have a statutory 14-day cooling-off period after receiving your order. We give you more time: 30 days. Within that term you may withdraw from the purchase without giving reasons, via the withdrawal button at navystrikes.nl/herroepen, by email, or using the model withdrawal form on the returns page.

• After withdrawal you return the product within 14 days. The costs of the return shipment are for your account.
• We refund the purchase amount within 14 days of your withdrawal, including the original shipping costs (standard rate) for a full return. We may wait to refund until we have received the product or until you send proof of shipment. Refunds are made via your original payment method.
• You may assess the product as you would in a shop. Any reduction in value due to further use may be deducted from the refund.

6. Warranty and conformity

The statutory legal guarantee applies to all products: you are entitled to a sound product that conforms to the agreement. Your exact statutory rights depend on your country of residence. In the Netherlands, a defect that appears within 12 months of delivery is presumed to have existed at delivery. In Belgium the legal guarantee is 2 years, with a two-year presumption of defect since 1 June 2022. In the event of a justified warranty claim, the costs of repair, replacement or return are for our account. See the warranty page for the practical procedure.

7. Gift cards

Navy Strikes gift cards are digital vouchers, to be spent in our webshop. They cannot be exchanged for cash, except where the law requires it. As long as the credit has not been used, you can cancel the purchase of a gift card within the cooling-off period via info@navystrikes.nl.

8. Liability

Use the products according to the enclosed instructions; darts have sharp points and are not toys. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

9. Complaints

You can report complaints via info@navystrikes.nl. We confirm your complaint promptly and respond substantively within 14 days. If we cannot resolve it together, you may bring the dispute before the competent court. Independent information about your rights as a consumer is available from ACM ConsuWijzer (consuwijzer.nl) in the Netherlands and from the European Consumer Centre in Belgium.

10. Applicable law

Dutch law applies to these terms and all agreements, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live.
