Changed your mind? You can withdraw from your purchase within the cooling-off period without giving a reason. Just fill in the form on the right, that is enough.

How much cooling-off time do I have?

You have 30 days to change your mind from the day you receive your order, more than the statutory 14 days.

How does it work?

  1. You fill in the withdrawal form and send it.
  2. We confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email.
  3. You return the products within 14 days, as complete as possible.
  4. We refund within 14 days of your withdrawal via your original payment method. We may wait until the product has arrived, or until you send us proof of shipment.

Good to know

The costs of the return shipment are for your account. See the returns page for the return address and all details, or email us via info@navystrikes.nl.

This withdrawal feature is in addition to the model withdrawal form. You are not obliged to use it, but it is the fastest way. Navy Strikes is a trade name of Alpha Innovations.
