No, collection is not possible. We ship all orders as a parcel with track & trace, delivered within 1 to 2 working days.

Yes, of course. Shops, darts clubs, hospitality venues and companies can order from Navy Strikes as a business, with suitable prices and a VAT invoice. See the Business customers page to apply.

Shipping costs € 4.95 to the Netherlands and € 6.95 to Belgium. From € 75 we ship for free. You see the costs clearly once more at checkout.

In the Netherlands and Belgium you receive your order within 1 to 2 working days. Ordering on a working day before 17:00? Then we ship your parcel the same day.

For now we only deliver in the Netherlands and Belgium. Want an order sent to another country? Email us and we will see what is possible.

First check the track & trace from your shipping email. Something not right, or has the parcel been on its way for more than 2 working days? Email info@navystrikes.nl with your order number and we will look into it with the carrier straight away.

Yes, you have a 30-day return period after receipt. Report your return via the withdrawal button or email info@navystrikes.nl and you receive the instructions. The return costs are for your own account.

If you return your entire order, we refund the purchase amount including the original shipping costs (standard rate). For a partial return we refund only the price of the returned products.

After we have received and processed the return shipment, we refund the amount within 14 days via your original payment method.

Yes, the statutory legal guarantee applies to all products.

Annoying! Within a few days of receipt, email a photo of the product and the packaging to info@navystrikes.nl with your order number. We are happy to help you find a solution.

Flights and shafts are wear parts; normal wear is not covered by the warranty. That is why every darts set contains plenty of spares.

Yes, there are good solutions for that, such as a stand. In the guide 'Hanging a dartboard without drilling' you read what works and what does not.

Choose the right wall and dampen the contact point. The guide 'Dampening dartboard noise' has five solutions, from backboard to stand.

The surround clamps itself around the board, no drilling or gluing. Hang the board first and then click the segments around it.

Click the LED ring around the board or the surround, route the 3-metre cable to the socket and set the dimmer. Count on about 20 minutes, no tools needed.

Rotate the board regularly using the rotatable number ring so it wears evenly, and keep it dry. Never wet it, moisture damages sisal.
